Immigration Attorney Anthony Korda
Anthony Korda is the founder of The Korda Law Firm. He was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales in 1988 and, as such, is a Barrister of the Supreme Court of England & Wales, having successfully practiced in England for many years. He is a member of the International Bar Association, the Bar European Group and the Criminal Bar Association.
He is licensed as an Attorney in the State of California and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association and the Beverly Hills Bar Association. He now handles all aspects of employment/business immigration law as well as all aspects of business litigation in the USA and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator.
Fluent in English and German, Anthony Korda is married with two children and enjoys an active outdoor social life.
Attorney Casey Wolff – Of Counsel
Educated at Princeton and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Naples Florida based Immigration and Business Attorney Casey Wolff was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1978 and to the Florida Bar in 1990. He practices in the areas of Immigration and Naturalization, Business Organizations and International Transactions.
In 1990, after practicing successfully in Pittsburgh since 1978, Casey moved to Naples, Florida. He became a shareholder in Paulich, Slack and Wolff, P.A. where he established and ran the immigration and international practice sections for 21 years. In May 2014 Casey became a shareholder/partner in the Naples office of Gray Robinson P.A. and in January 2017 he became a partner in the Naples law firm of Woods, Weidenmiller, Michetti, Rudnick & Galbraith, PLLC. He has represented international clients from more than 150 countries.
Casey is a frequent writer and presenter on immigration topics to business, professional, non-profit, legal, civic and educational groups. He is a frequent guest commentator to the Naples Daily News, taught immigration courses at the Renaissance Academy of Florida Gulf Coast University and participated as an Adjunct Professor at Hodges University in Naples. Casey has been called as an expert witness on immigration issues for both plaintiffs and defendants in numerous civil lawsuits.
Casey is licensed in Pennsylvania and Florida and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He has been admitted to multiple Federal Courts in Florida and Pennsylvania as well as the Supreme Court of the United States. He was certified by the American Arbitration Association as a Neutral Arbitrator.
Casey is married and he and his wife Renee have two children and two grandchildren.
